What is the standard shipping time for heavy equipment like dumbbells and kettlebells?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Due to the weight of fitness equipment, standard ground shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on your strength training gear?
Yes, we offer a limited lifetime warranty on our iron kettlebells and dumbbells against structural breakage, and a 1-year warranty on all accessories and digital programming.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs on heavy items.
Are your kettlebells and weights sold individually or in pairs?
Most of our kettlebells and dumbbells are sold individually to allow for custom set building, unless the product title specifically states it is a 'Pair' or 'Set'.
Do you provide workout programs with equipment purchases?
Many of our products include a trial or complimentary access to our digital workout library. You can also purchase full training certifications and specialized programs separately on our site.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You can cancel an order within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order may have already entered the shipping process.
